3. CONNECT WITH OTHERS- There is nothing exciting about being alone all the time cause that is when depression kicks in, life’s trauma and overthinking wins. Learn to connect with others, talk more, share ideas, go out more, eventually you will not feel lonely as stress level reduces.

FIND WAYS TO LEARN AND BE CREATIVE- Learn new things and you might just fall in love with an unexpected career that could help keep you happy and kick out depression that damages your mental health. If school or online courses do not work out for you then try other things. Find something you are good at and try to be creative with it and use the internet to show the world that you could be somebody.

5. DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY- It could be reading books, watching movies, singing, eating or having conversations but whatever you enjoy doing, make sure you do it more to avoid stressful situations.
